Mental Health Advocacy for the Deaf

If consumers are having difficulty finding available and accessible services for mental health issues, G.R.E.A.T. D.A.Y. may help provide advocacy resources and information about advocating for themselves and/or their family members. An example of this would be helping consumers identify resources for Sign Language interpreters for mental health services. Also, we are available to assist consumers in appropriately requesting their special needs with community agencies and to advocate for their rights.
