Our Counseling Services for Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing Consumers

Established in 2001, this highly specialized clinical agency is presently the only one of its kind in Georgia.  All of our clinical staff are highly trained, nationally certified and licensed by the Georgia State Composite Board of Professional Counselors, Social Workers and Marriage and Family Therapists.  Our agency holds certification from the Georgia Department of Human Resources.

Our licensed clinical professionals and staff use various communication modes, understand deaf culture issues and are proficient in American Sign Language (ASL), and have many years’ experience in the area of mental health and deafness.

How to schedule an appointment

Our services are provided by appointment.  To schedule an appointment, please contact us by phone or email.  We may be in a session, or working outside of the office when you call.  Please leave a detailed message on our confidential answering machine or email site.  We make every effort to return your call/email within 24 hours or by the following business day.

Payment Options

We prefer self-payment at the time services are provided.  However, we are in network with many insurance and EAP companies, and welcome this as a source of payment.  We do ask that you check with your insurance company to see if we are in-network or out-of-network and to get your insurance benefit and co-payment information.  We also ask that you get approval from your insurance or EAP provider prior to our first visit, if possible.  We accept cash and checks for self-payments, co-payments, and deductibles. We do not accept credit cards.
